Miniature model of leather spraying machinery of the tannery
The model created is a machine used to finish leather. By spraying products and dyes on the leather you achieve the desired color and the final appearance of the leather. A long belt made of threads transports the leather which passes through a booth with spray guns that spray the leather with products and dyes. Continuing along the conveyor belt, the hides pass through a tunnel of heated ovens for drying the leather. The tannery spray model is almost completely automated and functional.

Project
The tannery spray model is the first project I worked on. With this miniature began a series of machines that are exhibited to complete the entire tanning working cycle. The great difficulty was managing to connect all the threads of the carpet so that they did not tangle during movement. In the part below the model there are racks that perform this function as in the actual spraying. Studied down to the smallest detail, another of the challenges was managing to make it eco-friendly, the tank that introduces water into the spray booth to reduce the fumes from the spray guns.
Materials
The materials used in this model are truly varied, practically everything from wood to plastic to metal and much more. The switches control the switching on of the displays, the neon lights, the motion of the belt, the rotation of the carousel and the water pump for the ecology of the spray. Truly very complete and one of a kind.
